precise, controllable and repeatable displacement devices in
the micrometre and submicrometre range.
Piezo Bimorphs
Today you will find Morgan Electro Ceramics piezo bimorphs in a host of specialist application areas, including ultrasonic atomizers, transducers, printing technologies, pneumatic valves, textile machinery and many more. All are the result of close co-design and co-development relationships with our customers.
The bimorphs are available in a range of sizes from 6 to 74mm in length and 1 to 43mm in width, to reflect the variety of applications in which they can be used.
Gas
Ignitors
Piezoelectric gas igniters for all applications where batteries or
mains electricity is not available, based on the impact of a
spring-driven hammer on our piezoelectric ceramic (PZT) giving a
high voltage spark. Push-button, rotary and squeeze actions
available.
